TBN_DROPDOWN (Compact 2013)

This message is sent by a toolbar control when the user clicks a button that uses the TBSTYLE_DROPDOWN style. It is sent in the form of a WM_NOTIFY message.

Syntax

TBN_DROPDOWN 
    lpnmtb = (LPNMTOOLBAR) lParam;

Parameters

  • lpnmtb
    Long pointer to an NMTOOLBAR structure that contains information about this notification. For this message, only the hdr and iItem members of this structure are valid.

Return Value

Returns FALSE to allow the toolbar control to display the drop-down list; returns TRUE to prevent the control from displaying the list.
