IRTCRoamingEvent::StatusText (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

Note

This method is unsupported in Windows Embedded CE 6.0.

This method gets the status text string associated with the status code. The status code is retrieved by IRTCRoamingEvent::StatusCode.

Syntax

HRESULT get_StatusText(
  BSTR* pbstrStatusText
);

Parameters

  • pbstrStatusText
    [out] Pointer to a BSTR that is filled with the status text string, or an empty string if there is no entry.

    The method is responsible for allocating the buffer.

    The application is responsible for releasing this memory with SysFreeString.

Return Value

This method can return an RTC_E_ constant.

The following table shows additional return values and additional information about a specific return value.

Value Meaning

E_POINTER

The pbstrStatusText parameter is not a valid pointer.

E_OUTOFMEMORY

Insufficient memory to perform this operation.

RTC_E_NOT_EXIST

The status text does not exist for this event.
