SIM Toolkit Shortcut (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The file Simtkui.lnk is a shortcut file to the SIM Toolkit. By default, this file is included on the device.
The location or presence of the SIM Toolkit shortcut file on the device can be altered by changing the Project.bib file before building an image. See Run-Time Image Configuration Files.
By default, only users with a Manager role can remove the Simtkui.lnk file.**
