IStreamBufferPlayback::NotifyGraphIsConnected (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This method indicates to the playback graph the playback graph that it is time to finish setting up clock slaving after its internal call to IFileSourceFilter::Load that is done before connecting up the rest of the filter graph.
