BTH_HCI_IOCTL_GET_SCO_PARAMETERS (Compact 2013)

3/26/2014

This I/O control message retrieves information about a SCO connection. Send this message with DeviceIoControl.

Syntax

BOOL DeviceIoControl(
    HANDLE hDevice, // handle to device
    DWORD dwIoControlCode,    // use BTH_HCI_IOCTL_GET_SCO_PARAMETERS
    LPVOID lpInBuffer, // pointer to input buffer
    DWORD nInBufferSize, // input buffer size
    LPVOID lpOutBuffer, // pointer to output buffer
    DWORD nOutBufferSize, // output buffer size
    LPDWORD lpBytesReturned, // number of bytes returned
    OVERLAPPED lpOverlapped // pointer to OVERLAPPED structure
);

Parameters

  • hDevice
    The handle to the device.
  • dwIoControlCode
    [in] Control code for the operation. Use BTH_HCI_IOCTL_GET_SCO_PARAMETERS for this operation.
  • lpInBuffer
    [in] Not used; set to NULL.
  • nInBufferSize
    [in] Not used; set to zero.
  • lpOutBuffer
    [out] Points to the GetScoParameters structure that will receive the parameters; see definition below.
  • nOutBufferSize
    [out] Equals size of GetScoParameters.
  • lpBytesReturned
  • lpOverlapped
    Ignored.

Remarks

You must define GetScoParameters to store data returned by this I/O control. The structure must be defined as follows.

struct {
  OUT BOOL  bScoSupported;
    // TRUE if SCO is supported.
  OUT DWORD dwScoPacketMaxDataSize;
    // The maximum SCO packet size
  OUT DWORD dwNumConcurrentScoPackets;
    // The number of concurrent
    // SCO packets, which can be outstanding.
} GetScoParameters;
