IImageDecoder::GetFrameCount (Compact 2013)

This methods provides the number of frames associated with a specific dimension for a multiframe image.

Syntax

HRESULT GetFrameCount(
  const GUID* dimensionID,
  UINT* count
);

Parameters

  • dimensionID
    [in] A pointer to a GUID value specifying the image dimension that the frame count should be found for.

    The dereferenced value of this pointer should be a multiframe dimension identifier. For more information, see Imaging GUIDs.

  • count
    [out] A pointer to a UINT value that receives the number of frames associated with the dimension specified in dimensionID.

Return Value

If successful, this method returns S_OK.

This method may return E_INVALIDARG if it fails.
