This method determines whether the bottom information area is available.
Syntax
static BOOL IsAvailable(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
TRUE indicates that the bottom information area is available. FALSE indicates that the bottom information area is not available, and that the IME will not show the bottom information area.
