ReadGenericData (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function reads OS password data.
Syntax
BOOL ReadGenericData(
WORD dwId,
DWORD dwIndex,
DWORD dwFlags,
LPBYTE pBuf,
DWORD dwLength,
DWORD pdwBytesReturned
);
Parameters
- dwId
Type of data to be read. Currently, only OEM_DATATYPE_PASSWORD is supported.
- dwIndex
Byte offset to the data.
- dwFlags
Not supported. Set to zero.
- pBuf
Data to be read.
- dwLength
Length of data to be read.
- pdwBytesReturned
Pointer to the number of bytes to be read.
Return Value
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
