BeginMessage Method (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This method signals the start of a SOAP message being sent to the server. You must call this method before calling the other methods of the SoapSerializer object (accessed using the ISoapSerializer interface). This method calls BeginMessageWSDL(NULL).
