This function removes a device notification callback function.
Syntax

LPDEVICE_NOTIFY_ROUTINE lpNotifyRoutine,
LPVOID lpvNotifyParameter
);
Parameters
- hDevice
[in] Handle to a USB device.
- lpNotifyRoutine
[in] Pointer to the address of a notification callback function.
- lpvNotifyParameter
[in] Address passed to the LPREGISTER_NOTIFICATION_ROUTINE function.
Return Value
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
