The g_pDDrawPrimarySurface global variable is a pointer to a DDGPESurf class that represents the primary DirectDraw surface. It is set by DDGPE and is valid upon entry into buildDDHALInfo.
Use this global variable whenever you must access the primary DirectDraw surface.
