This method notifies a client when a process is created or destroyed.
Syntax

VARIANT vtProcId,
VARIANT vtCreated
);
Parameters
- vtProcId
[in] Identifier for specified process.
vtCreated
[in] Flag that indicates whether the process is created or destroyed.If VARIANT_TRUE, the process is created.
