This method notifies a client when a module is loaded or unloaded.
Syntax

Parameters
- vtModId
[in] Identifier for specified module.
vtLoaded
[in] Flag that indicates whether module is loaded or unloaded.If VARIANT_TRUE, the module is loaded.
