The following table shows the data structures and constants used by Windows Media DRM for Network Devices with a description of the purpose of each.

Programming element Description

DRM_PLAY_OPL

This structure holds output protection level information that applies to the play action in a DRM license.

DRM_MINIMUM_OUTPUT_PROTECTION_LEVELS

This structure holds the minimum output protection levels (OPL) for playback of various types of content. A device must support the minimum OPL for a piece of content in order to receive that content from the server.

DRM_OPL_OUTPUT_IDS

The DRM_OPL_OUTPUT_IDS structure holds a number of output protection level (OPL) output identifiers.

DRM_VIDEO_OUTPUT_PROTECTION_IDS

This structure holds an array of DRM_VIDEO_OUTPUT_PROTECTION_IDS structures.

DRM_VIDEO_OUTPUT_PROTECTION

This structure holds a video output technology identifier and the configuration data required by that technology.
