OALKitlCreateName (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function creates the KITL device name from the prefix and the MAC address.

Syntax

VOID OALKitlCreateName(
  LPSTR szPrefix,
  UINT16 mac[3],
  LPSTR szBuffer
);

Parameters

  • szPrefix
    [in] Specifies the prefix, typically a hardcoded KITL value.
  • mac
    [in] Specifies the MAC address used for KITL Ethernet communication.
  • szBuffer
    [out] Receives the device name that results from the prefix and the MAC address. This value should have a size equal to OAL_KITL_ID_SIZE.
