The Display driver encapsulates functionality to use a display. Its driver class is BOOT_DRIVER_CLASS_DISPLAY.
Its interface is defined in:
%_WINCEROOT%\Platform\Common\Src\Common\Bldr\Inc\Bootdisplay.hpp
