CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_FILESERVER_SHARE_ADD control code

[The CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_FILESERVER_SHARE_ADD control code is available for use in the operating systems specified in the Requirements section. It may be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions.]

Creates a new file share on a physical disk resource. Applications use this control code as a parameter to the ClusterResourceControl function.

Parameters

lpInBuffer

Points to a property list containing the new file share resource's properties.

Return value

ClusterResourceControl returns one of the following values.

ERROR_SUCCESS

0

The operation completed successfully. The file share has been created.

System error code

If any other value is returned, then the operation failed.
