Property Value

A String object that contains the smart card's serial number.

Remarks

Smart cards contain a unique value to identify them in the system. This value is a smart card serial number in PKCS#11 terms and a card ID in Base CSP terms.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
