The PublishedProtocol property gets an FPCRef object that references the FPCProtocolDefinition object defining the protocol to which the server publishing rule applies.

This property is read-only.

Property value

An FPCRef object that references the FPCProtocolDefinition object defining the protocol to which the server publishing rule applies.

Error codes

This property method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This property is read-only. The protocol to which the server publishing rule applies can be set by calling the SetPublishedProtocol method. A protocol with a specified scope can be set by calling the SetScopedPublishedProtocol method. The scope indicates whether the protocol is defined for the array or for the enterprise.
