IFPCProtocolConnection::SetUDP method

Applies to: desktop apps only

The SetUDP method sets all of the parameters of a UDP connection.

Syntax

  [in]  long PortHi,
  [in]  FpcUDPConnectionDirectionType Direction

Parameters

  • PortLo [in]
    A 32-bit integer that specifies the low end of the port number range. It can have a value from 1 through 65535.

  • PortHi [in]
    A 32-bit integer that specifies the high end of the port number number. It can have a value from 1 through 65535, but must be equal to or greater than the value of the PortLo parameter.

  • Direction [in]
    Value from the FpcUDPConnectionDirectionType enumerated type that specifies the direction in which the connection can be opened.

Return value

C++

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

VB

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
