PLOOKS_ALIVE_ROUTINE callback function (resapi.h)
Determines whether a resource appears to be available for use. The PLOOKS_ALIVE_ROUTINE type defines a pointer to this function.

[in] Resource
Resource identifier for the resource to poll.
