IEnhancedStorageSilo::GetPortableDevice method (ehstorapi.h)
Obtains an IPortableDevice pointer used to issue commands to the corresponding Enhanced Storage silo driver.

Pointer to a pointer to an IPortableDevice object.

This method can return one of these values.
