DRM_MSG_ACQUIRE_LICENSE message
[The AD RMS SDK leveraging functionality exposed by the client in Msdrm.dll is available for use in Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, and Windows 8. It may be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions. Instead, use Active Directory Rights Management Services SDK 2.1, which leverages functionality exposed by the client in Msipc.dll.]
The DRM_MSG_ACQUIRE_LICENSE message is sent to the custom callback function in response to the DRMAcquireLicense function being called with a license storage session handle.

pvParam
The contents of this parameter is dependent on the value in the hr parameter. For more information, see the hr parameter description.
pvContext
An application-defined value, such as a pointer to a callback function, a pointer to an event handle, or other value.
Return value
If the callback function succeeds, the function returns S_OK.
If the callback function fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.
Remarks
The DRMAcquireLicense function is an asynchronous function that will return before this message is sent to the callback function. It is the application's responsibility to ensure that this synchronization is properly handled.
