Enterprise.ServerLicensorCertificate property
The ServerLicensorCertificate property retrieves an object that can be used to manage the server licensor certificate.

This property returns a ServerLicensorCertificate object.
Remarks
A licensor certificate grants the AD RMS server the right to issue certificates and use licenses.
