AuditReport.Enabled property
The Enabled property specifies or retrieves a Boolean value that indicates whether logging is enabled.

This property is read/write.
Remarks
If logging is enabled, the AD RMS logging service uses Message Queuing to send log messages from the cluster to the logging database.
This property must be set to true before any of the following properties can be set or retrieved:
