Returns the contents of the DeletePublisherAssertions object in UDDI XML format.

Return Value

Returns a string that contains the contents of the DeletePublisherAssertions object in UDDI XML format. This is the exact XML sent to the server when the DeletePublisherAssertions.Send method is called.
