Parameters

transforms
The transforms to apply when encoding the cookie.

tokenCache
The token cache to use for saving tokens.

tokenLifetime
The default for a token.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	Is thrown if 'transforms' or 'tokenCache' are null.
InvalidOperationException	Is thrown if 'tokenLifetime' is less than or equal to TimeSpan.Zero.
