Claim.SetSubject Method

Remarks

This method is not called directly. Instead, it is called by implementations of the ClaimCollection class when claims are added to one of the IClaimsIdentity objects contained in the collection. This method ensures that the IClaimsIdentity to which the claim is being added is set as the subject of the claim.

Important

This method should only be called by ClaimCollection implementations - these are responsible for maintaining the referential integrity of the Subject property.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
