Csc.PreferredUILang Property
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
The name of the language passed to the “/preferreduilang” compiler option.

Returns the name of the language.
Remarks
If set to null, “/preferreduilang” is omitted and the compiler uses its default setting.
