LoggerDescription Constructor
Creates a logger description based on the given parameters.

loggerClassName
Type: System.StringThe class name for the logger.
loggerAssemblyName
Type: System.StringThe assembly name for the logger.

Type: System.StringThe assembly file name for the logger.
loggerSwitchParameters
Type: System.StringA string of logger parameters, nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if there are none.
verbosity
Type: Microsoft.Build.Framework.LoggerVerbosityThe verbosity switch for the logger.
Note On the command line, all loggers get the same verbosity level.
Remarks
The logger name is generated by combining its class name and assembly name.
