Determines whether the specified resize direction affects the horizontal width of the resized element.

Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if the resize direction is not Bottom and not Top; otherwise returns false.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type WindowResizeGripDirection.
