ValidationContextExtensions.LogFatal Method

Display an error message in the Visual Studio error list. If the user attempts to save the model, warn that it might not be possible to re-open it.

Parameters

  • description
    Type: System.String

    Message displayed in the error window.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type ValidationContext. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
