Adds a new property to the current connection properties collection.

• key
  Type: System.String

  Name of the property being added.

• type
  Type: System.Type

  A Type object representing the type of the property.

  Type: System.Object

  Value of the property being added.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The key parameter is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
NotSupportedException	The data connection properties are not extensible.
ArgumentException	The property already exists.
