Remarks
This method provides an implementation of the GetEvents method. For more information see the GetEvents method in the .NET Framework class library.
Implementers can return an System.ComponentModel.EventDescriptorCollection.Empty instance if no properties are specified. This method should never return nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
