Remarks

Although this API supports the Extension Manager infrastructure, we recommend that you do not use it because it is subject to change.

The caller of the method that threw this exception is responsible for catching it and calling PrepareWebProxy with the Url property of this exception as a parameter.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
