Determines whether the specified TypeIdentifier instances are considered not equal.

Parameters

• first
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata.TypeIdentifier
  The first TypeIdentifier to compare.

• second
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata.TypeIdentifier
  The second TypeIdentifier to compare.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if first is not equal to second; otherwise, false.
