Examples
The following code example demonstrates a handler for the MouseUp event that displays a message box when the mouse button is released while the pointer is over the current Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.ChartSheet. The example also uses the x and y parameters of the event handler to display the coordinates of the mouse pointer.
Private Sub DisplayMouseUp()
Globals.Sheet1.Range("A1", "A5").Value2 = 22
Globals.Sheet1.Range("B1", "B5").Value2 = 55
Me.SetSourceData(Globals.Sheet1.Range("A1", "B5"), _
Excel.XlRowCol.xlColumns)
Me.ChartType = Excel.XlChartType.xl3DColumn
End Sub
Sub ChartSheet1_MouseUp(ByVal Button As Integer, _
ByVal Shift As Integer, ByVal x As Integer, _
ByVal y As Integer) Handles Me.MouseUp
MsgBox("The mouse was released on the chart sheet" & _
" at coordinates " & x.ToString() & ", " & y.ToString())
End Sub
private void DisplayMouseUp()
{
Globals.Sheet1.Range["A1", "A5"].Value2 = 22;
Globals.Sheet1.Range["B1", "B5"].Value2 = 55;
this.SetSourceData(Globals.Sheet1.Range["A1", "B5"],
Excel.XlRowCol.xlColumns);
this.ChartType = Excel.XlChartType.xl3DColumn;
this.MouseUp +=
new Excel.ChartEvents_MouseUpEventHandler(
ChartSheet1_MouseUp);
}
void ChartSheet1_MouseUp(int Button, int Shift, int x, int y)
{
MessageBox.Show("The mouse was released on the chart sheet" +
" at coordinates " + x.ToString() + ", " + y.ToString());
}
