JScript does not support events.
Remarks
To get the Outlook item in which the form region appears, call the OutlookItem property.
To get the Inspector that displays the Outlook item, call the OutlookFormRegion to get an instance of the _FormRegion, and then call the Inspector property of the _FormRegion object.
