How to: Rearrange Element Data Ordering

You can rearrange the element data ordering of XML property and XML relationship nodes under the element data node to affect serialization behavior as described in the following procedure.

To rearrange element data ordering

  1. In DSL Explorer, expand the Xml Serialization Behavior node, and expand the Class Data node.

  2. Locate and then expand the class data node in which you want to rearrange the element data ordering.

  3. Under the Element Data node, right-click either an Xml Property Data node or an Xml Relationship Data node, and then click either Move Up or Move down to rearrange the element data ordering.
