Add Navigation to Forms Sample

This sample contains the following classes.

| _tablenav | _table.vcx | A non-visual class that provides data navigation to other controls. |
| _nav2picbuttons | _table2.vcx | Displays a pair of picture buttons that provide GoNext( ) and GoPrevious( ) functions. |
| _gotobutton | _table2.vcx | Provides a button that displays a Go To dialog box. |
