A Boolean value that specifies whether the CURSOR_CLOSE_ON_COMMIT database option is active.If True, the cursor is closed when a transaction commits. Otherwise, False (default).
Remarks
This property specifies whether a cursor is closed when a transaction commits.
This option can also be changed by using the Transact-SQL ALTER DATABASE statement.
