How to: Start the Full-Text Indexing Wizard (SQL Server Management Studio)
You can create a full-text index by using the Full-Text Indexing wizard in Management Studio.
To start the Full-Text Indexing wizard
In Object Explorer, right-click the table on which you want to create a full-text index, point to Full-Text index, and then click Define Full-Text Index.
