TransSubscription.SubscriberDatasourceType Property

Identifies the type of data source that is a non-SQL Server Subscriber.

Remarks

You must specify the SubscriberDatasourceType property for non-SQL Server Subscribers.

The SubscriberDatasourceType property is a read/write property that cannot be set once the subscription has been created.

The SubscriberDatasourceType property can only be retrieved by members of the sysadmin fixed server role, by members of the db_owner fixed database role, or by the user who created the subscription.

Retrieving SubscriberDatasourceType is equivalent to executing sp_helpsubscription (Transact-SQL).

The SubscriberDatasourceType property can only be set by members of the sysadmin fixed server role or by members of the db_owner fixed database role.

Setting SubscriberDatasourceType is equivalent to executing sp_addsubscription (Transact-SQL).

The SubscriberDatasourceType property is available with SQL Server 2005 only.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the .NET Framework.
