DistributorCollection.Enable Method (String)

Enables the application's distributors on a specific server.

Parameters

  • systemName
    A String specifying the name of the distribution server.

Remarks

When you create an application, its distributors are disabled.

Enabling the application's distributor on a server allows the distributor to format and distribute notifications. Any disabled distributors on other servers continue to be disabled.

Use the Disable method to disable distributors.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
