In this section:
This section describes Timesheet approval. There are two steps to the process. The first step is for Administrative Time. The second step is for the entire Timesheet. This can include additional Administrative Time that does not require approval, task assignments, and unverified line items.
Non-working Administrative Time categories are automatically approved by default. Organizations may want more control over the non-working time that resources schedule in the system. We will discuss the features and configuration that are required to set up a structured approval process.
The objectives of this chapter are:
Define the steps for Administrative Time and Timesheet approval.
Describe the configuration settings to implement a structured approval process.
Describe how to view the changes that are affected by Timesheet approvals and submissions.
