Disable-AntispamUpdates (RTM)

Use the Disable-AntispamUpdates cmdlet to prevent the retrieval of anti-spam updates for the Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server anti-spam update service on a computer that has the Edge Transport server role or the Hub Transport server role installed.

Disable-AntispamUpdates [-Identity <ServerIdParameter>] [-DomainController <Fqdn>]
Detailed Description
This cmdlet disables the retrieval of anti-spam updates. No change is made to the opt-in status of the server. For more information, see How to Configure Anti-Spam Automatic Updates.
To run the Disable-AntispamUpdates cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Server Administrator role and local Administrators group for the target server
To run the Disable-AntispamUpdates cmdlet on a computer that has the Edge Transport server role installed, you must log on by using an account that is a member of the local Administrators group on that computer.
