The Exchange Server 2007 documentation set includes topics that provide explanations and user actions for selected events that are logged in the Application log of servers that are running Exchange 2007. You can use these topics to troubleshoot issues that you experience in the Exchange environment. These topics are posted to a Microsoft TechNet Web site that includes event and error information for many Microsoft products. You can access these topics using the following two methods:
- Click the hyperlink at the bottom of the event description of a specific event. If a topic is available, it will display in the Help and Support window in Windows Server. If there is no topic currently available, no topic displays in Help and Support.
Note
All attempts to display event topics are logged in our database. We use this data to determine which events may require additional documentation.
- Perform a search using the search engine available at the Events and Errors Message Center.
