How to Set Full Access to a Resource Mailbox Schedule

This topic explains how to use the Exchange Management Shell to set full access to a resource mailbox schedule. A resource mailbox is a mailbox that represents conference rooms and company equipment. Resource mailboxes are used for conference room or equipment scheduling. The user account that is associated with a resource mailbox is disabled.
Note
You cannot use the Exchange Management Console to set full access to a resource mailbox schedule. You must use the Exchange Management Shell.
Before You Begin
To run the Add-MailboxPermission cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Organization Administrator role

Procedure
To use the Exchange Management Shell to set full access to a resource mailbox schedule
Run the following command:
Add-MailboxPermission -AccessRights FullAccess -Identity ResourceMailbox -User Test1
