• rawPartitionId
  Type: System.Guid

  The GUID that represents the partition ID.

• application
  Type: Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.Server.TargetApplication

  The target application information.

• applicationFields
  Type: System.Collections.Generic.IList<TargetApplicationField>

  The target application fields.

• applicationClaims
  Type: Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.Server.TargetApplicationClaims

  The target application claims.

Remarks

This method creates a new target application in the specified partition that is managed by the current Secure Store Service.
