solutionID Element (XML Expansion Pack Schema) [Office 2003 SDK Documentation]
Specifies a string that uniquely identifies the XML expansion pack in the schema library. It is essential that this string be unique. Therefore, you should use a GUID or another unique identifier. The value of the solutionID element can be no longer than 50 characters.
